USB Key for C++ Software

I have the "Discontinued" version of a construction estimating software called "Delphin Express 2017" in order to use this software, physical USB keys are required which are no longer sold. I NEED TO CREATE NEW USB KEYS in order to use this software.
I will attach the .dll file that verifies the physical USB key and enables the use of the software
