Translate C++ and R code to Julia
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I found a very useful code in a public repository in Github, which was used by the author in it's final year project of college.
The codes executes Sequential Monte Carlo inference under the SVVG model for time series analysis.
I wish to use this code to expand my own ongoing PhD research.
However, the code is written in C++ and R, which are two languages i don't have any skill.
The main objective of this project is to translate the code to Julia, and to reproduce the results presented in the report
