Trading view automated trading bot

I am looking to hire a Freelancer to develop a trading view automated trading bot that will carry out trades on tradingview according to an Ema Cross strategy with ATR and ADX confirmation. The bot should be programmed to take advantage of opportunities for moderate gains in a medium risk environment. The strategy should be capable of leveraging market conditions to intelligently decide when to enter and exit trades, ensuring the best possible returns.
