Touch-Screen Home Assistant Custom Screensaver

I am in need of a skilled programmer who can create custom screensaver software for my home assistant server with a touch screen. The feature I'm interested in is a clock display providing not only the time but the current date and a wall paper image only for 10 minutes of sitting idol then after that fading to black.
