Tensorflow with GPU/NVLink Integration

I am looking for a freelancer experienced with Tensorflow/PyTorch and GPU/NVLink integration to work on a project. This project will require the integration of Tensorflow and PyTorch with two Nvidia RTX3090 GPUs with an NVlink connection to process algorithms (e.g. images) for Machine Learning. The successful freelancer will have a deep understanding of Tensorflow and PyTorch, and the intricate architecture of GPUs when integrated with NVLink. This project will include understanding the installation and integration of the software used for establishing the best way for Machine Learning algorithms to be trained. The freelancer chosen for this project must have prior experience with Tensorflow, PyTorch and GPU/NVLink integration and be prepared to handle this project professionally and efficiently.
