according to your skills.

The resulting compiled App
will have to correctly work on Android, Windows and Linux.

The step-by-step video will have to include
Tensor Flow setup and libraries linking instructions.

The step-by-step video will have to show that the compiled App
works on Windows, Linux and on a real Android device.
