I am seeking a skilled C++ developer to assist me with a business-related project. The role will involve debugging a Tarjan algorithm file as well as implementing messaging capabilities for node status monitoring. Notice that it should be done on Omnet++.

Key Responsibilities:
- Debugging: The main task will be to identify and resolve runtime errors in the existing C++ Tarjan algorithm file. Proficiency with algorithms and debugging techniques in C++ is essential.
