Study Help Required

I would like to ask if you can teach University courses as I am having some difficulty in my degree program. I will be trying to overcome the difficulty myself but I just wanted to see if there is any help also available incase I need to get it. Someone suggested this so I came here to look for it. I dont need it right away.
