C++ Software to send message to all contacts on QQ Tencent messenger

I'm seeking a C++ developer to create a simple software that sends text messages to all contacts, must support unicode message (wchar_t) on Tencent QQ messenger, once the program detects QQ is running.

Simple like this:

Key Requirements:
- The software should compile on Visual Studio 2008 Express.
- It should work on all Windows OS's, both 32 and 64 bit.
- The file size must not exceed 1MB.
- The software should proceed silently without displaying confirmation messages.
