Software coding

I am looking for an experienced software developer to help me build a new software application. The completion timeline for this project will be more than 2 weeks, and coding needs to be done in C++. Basically, I am open to any framework or technology that can be used to create the application. The developer should have the necessary experience to determine which tools and technologies would be best to use in development. I am ready to provide any additional information required. The softare should have the ability to output to a vinyl plotter.
