Software Development for Algorithm Implementation

I need an experienced programmer for a software development project. The main task of the project is to implement a certain algorithm in software.

We need to create a software that will be a spacer between the copywriter and us. That is, the program should open a transaction on futures with a fixed amount, which we set ourselves, and not as set by the trader, whom we copy, roughly speaking, bypassing these conditions.
