Simple C program to reverse file provided in command line input-I need it right now

I have a template for a C program that needs some lines added to work. It should take in two command line arguments, an input file and an output file. The input file should be processed character by character from end to beginning, outputting to the output file. The end result should be the exact same file but backwards. The deliverable is a C program that achieves said instructions. Any one experienced with C I/O will find this very easy.


I got stuck while working on it. The second photo is my progress. It should not be very long of a project.
