Simple C++ code needs reworking

I'm interested in having some of the
C++ projects which I have reworked
so they will build using cl.exe from
the VS developer cli.

One of the C++ projects I have
displays 2 tab controls, that's all.
Another one of the C++ projects I have
displays 2 radio buttons, that's all.
I think of both projects as 'sample code'
that's not been developed much (not yet).

I presently build the above 2 projects
using VS2019 IDE relying on a .sln file.
But I'd prefer to build these using the cl.exe
executable that works from developer cli.
I know this is do-able because I have
many other C++ projects that build this way.

pls specifically message me confirming
you have either VS2017 or VS2019.** I'm
only open to working with C++ developers
who have VS2017 or VS2019 because these
are the 2 versions of VS I mostly use.
