Simple Windows number App

I would like an app that enables me to track patterns based on button presses representing numbers (0–36). Each button press will add a corresponding entry to statistics tables that will display the following information: Black/Red, Odd/Even, and High/Low. The most recent entries will be shown in customisable rows, and the app will include a reset function for each table, allowing them to be reset independently.
