Senior C# Developer who can build the virtual keyboard for kiosk app

Hello.
We are building the C# Kiosk App in Windows 10, but we need some component to enter.
We used "osk.exe" before, but it's too clunky to use for our application.
So we decided to build the customized keyboard for this application.
If you have experience in this field past, it would be great.
