Self learning ai

Hello I am looking for someone that can make me a program with a self learning ai for a game and I want for the ai to be able to learn and adapt to the game as the game progresses and gets harder ultimately being able to complete various different challenges or difficulty levels. The idea comes from a YouTube video I saw https://youtu.be/QoEMoSbGvbM there is the video for reference also note the program would have to be user friendly and simple to use as I have zero experience with coding so would have to be usable for someone with no experience.
