Seeking Expert Electrical Engineer for BLDC Motor Controller Design

We are in search of a skilled electrical engineer to design a high-performance BLDC (Brushless DC) motor controller. The controller must precisely manage motor speed and direction while incorporating robust protection features. We require a design that is both efficient and reliable, capable of handling up to 30A current and 21V voltage. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in motor control systems, specifically with BLDC motors.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop a BLDC motor controller with accurate speed and direction control.
Ensure the controller includes necessary protection features for reliable operation.
Implement a control system that operates in open-loop mode during startup and transitions to closed-loop control using back EMF after the initial start.
Design schematics and prepare test procedures using evaluation boards to assess the controller's performance.
Required Skills:

Expertise in motor control systems
Proficiency with BLDC motor controllers
Strong electrical engineering background
Circuit design and PCB layout experience
Embedded systems knowledge
Proficiency in programming languages such as C/C++ and Assembly
