Rebuild Chromium for configurable js object
I need experienced chromium developer who has understanding of C++ and javascript to make custom browser build with target: window.location is a configurable javascript object. Calling Object.getOwnPropertyDescriptor(window,'location') on your new build should lead to `configurable: true` and allows writing custom getter of location object. You may look at V8 code https://github.com/chromium/chromium/blob/b698c15c43d9d7db4d1aa99119af5d0a34af4249/gin/data_object_builder.h#L18) to get an overview of the interface and make necessary change
