I'm in need of a skilled graphics programmer with a strong background in facial recognition from images

Budget is in the simple project range this small task is supported only by personal expenses and is a small task I'm actually a developer as well so I can confirm this task is simple but I have many other tasks to do and need someone to handle this specific task.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create a small program that Generates 2D Textures from an image
- Create a small program that Generates a 3D Head Object from an image
-Program must work well with my sample data specifically (main requirement)
You have full creative freedom as long as the responsibilities are met.
Project Deliverables:
Small 2D Texture Program (Windows)
Small 3D Head Object Generator (Windows)
Hardware specifications of what you ran the programs on
Timeline: 1 Week more time can be granted if needed for your troubles
We complete this on time you can keep a copy of the final program and we can both do as you wish with the program as well the tools are meant to provide good support for developers.
Ideal candidates should have:
- Extensive experience in graphics programming
- Strong skills in developing facial recognition programs is highly desired.
- Proficiency in 3D modeling and 2D texture creation
If you know facial recognition, Graphics Programming or AI this is a very simple task
