I need someone to do RGBA (RGB) to YCbCr444 conversion + YCbCr444 to YCbCr 420 conversion in C++ for me for a RAW RGBA image format. Image processing skills and knowledge of RGBA and YUV aka YCbCr444 is required. Also the knowledge of subsampling YCbCr would be desired.
