C++ Quicksort Program Code Revision

I have a program that I have written that takes in a matrix of variable size (test case is 100x100). The matrix is read from a hardcoded data file path, sorted using quicksort and then printed to the console using two methods. I have all of the code written already, I just need some revisions to make it more efficient, as well as meet some of the constraints of the project. This should be a very, very quick and easy job for someone! I just need a set of experienced eyes to look over it and correct the errors where needed.
