Project Pin Tool dynamic code optimization

The task is to enhance a binary code performance through dynamic code optimization using intel Pin Tool. This will be done using the Pin tool (written in C++) in probe mode, based on an algorithm from a published paper.

Key Requirements:
- Implement dynamic code optimization algorithm
- Optimize for execution speed
- Provide explanation of how the code works
- Provide before and After Improvement comparison including graphs.
