Programmer to code an account generator.

I would like to code an account generator for target, and google/gmail accounts. I would also like to add a proxy support feature for each of the accounts (so they don't get banned for all being on the same ip), and I would also like to save the information on a txt file when im done, and save all the information on the "bot" or software.
Still have a lot more to be discussed and finished, but it's a start.
