Program for tracking individual objects and focus camera to specific objects without moving camera

I am looking for a program that can track vehicles at medium-range distances and focus the camera on specific objects without having to move the camera. The program should be usable on a Mac platform. I want the program to be able to detect vehicular movement, capture images of the vehicles, and perform long-term monitoring of the vehicles. The program should also have the ability to apply analytics to the captured images and provide real-time updates on vehicle activities. I expect the program to be agile and user-friendly, with efficient tracking algorithms and well-defined control parameters. The program would need to allow users to select a driver to watch and have the video display that driver, focusing in on and panning to view the car, as well as transition to the camera with the best view of the car.
