Problem with detecting users(players) HWID

so basically i have bought a dll months ago. The job of the dll is simple detect the PC HWID of the users(players) and send it to the Filter so i can filter their packets, and put limits or remove limits

However it's working perfectly except that in the past few weeks i started to notice an issue
Some users(players) send the same HWID

Which is interesting, because everyone should have a unique HWID
So i think it's not the HWID that the dll was detecting it's something else

these are some examples of what the filter store and call em (HWID)

the question is, are these 3 lines are HWIDs? and if not, then can you fix the dll to make it send HWID instead of that code.
