Problem solving

I am looking for a Freelancer to help me solve a global problem. It is a technical issue that requires a specific solution. I have an understanding of what might work, but am open to hearing any suggestions that might improve the outcome. The successful Freelancer must be able to work with me to make sure the job is done properly and meets all objectives. The individual should also be able to provide regular updates on progress and give realistic estimates for completion. Experience in problem solving is preferred. Interested Freelancers are asked to submit their proposals. Thank you for your interest in this project and I look forward to hearing from you soon.
