C++ Polynomial Class Development

I'm looking for a C++ programmer to develop a C++ class, CPolynomial, which will represent polynomials of arbitrary degree.

Key Requirements:
- This class should store individual coefficients as double precision floating point numbers.
- The public interface of the class should include overloaded operators and methods for polynomial manipulation.
- This includes a default constructor for polynomial 0, a copy constructor, a destructor, an overloaded operator=, and an operator<< for outputting the polynomial in a textual form.
