Performance Optimization & Logic Modification

In need of a proficient C++ coder to undertake optimizations and adjustments to an existing code base. I am primarily focusing on enhancing its performance and altering its functioning to suit specific needs, as briefly outlined below:
Key Objectives:
- Improve code performance: The primary task involves making the code more efficient while maintaining the existing output quality.
- Change how the code works: This includes altering the input/output behavior to better align with my project requirements, as well as making algorithmic modifications.
- Code structure refactoring: there's a need to refactor and reassemble portions of the existing code to ensure a more streamlined and efficient structure.
Ideal freelancer should exhibit extensive experience working with C++, particularly in code optimization and refactoring. They should also be able to creatively adapt an existing algorithm logic and code behavior to better serve my specific needs. Having a knack for improving code in terms of structure, performance, and functionality is key.
Basically current code is what is shown in sample video that I have uploaded.
And I want to modify it so, whenever armor piece is not equipped and fashion checkbox is unchecked, render nothing/regular body part.
