I'm looking for a proficient C# desktop developer who specializes in medical imaging. Your task will be solely centered on fine-tuning an existing codebase and enhancing the current imaging process. It's essential that you're familiar with fo-dicom, an open-source implementation of DICOM, as you'll be working to optimize its functionality in my project.
