Optical Recognition of type of leaf in a mostly green picture
Budget: $10 – $30 AUD
Need a program / app or method written to scan through images and find certain types leaves. The implementation is up to you but I've been informed it is fairly straightforward using free tools available, but I want full ownership of the final solution, sourcecode and process.
The coding can be anything of your choice, but I want to be able to run it on a windows laptop, a mac or a phone. A browser based solution is also acceptable. If for the phone, it can use the phone camera, if for a desktop it can be uploaded pics.
Please don't just bid for the sake of bidding if you don't understand the job. Last time I had numerous bids within seconds of posting the job, and nearly all of them were spam. Include a statement to say you know it is image detection work, so I know you've read the brief.
