Openvox GSM Gateway API Sms Sender

Hi, I have a Openvox Gsm Gateway with 8-ports, I can send specific details if you need, and I have the device API. Now I need a program so I can send sms to several mobile sms numbers at once, setting a delay between each message sent per port. If you dont understand anything please ask me and I will try to explain it better. I also speak spanish so if you speak Spanish the better. Thanks.
