OpenCV C++ with CMake assistance in the project

Need someone with experience in OpenCV using C++ with CMake in Linux - Ubuntu. Only bid if you have experience with OpenCV C++ and CMake. I need someone who can implement histogram of gradients for some detection using SVM and also load a tflite model.
