C++ Object Detection for Manufacturing

I am seeking an experienced C++ programmer with excellent knowledge of OpenCV to develop an object detection system. The primary application of this system is for automated inspection in manufacturing.
The project's key tasks include:
- Configuring the object detection system to specifically recognize surface defects in products
- Implementing the system to be able to scan and analyze these defects in a manufacturing environment
Ideal candidates should have:
- Proficiency in C++ programming and proven experience in developing complex applications
- Strong understanding of OpenCV and its applications in object detection
- Prior experience in developing systems for automated inspection will be an advantage
