I am leading a Windows project that will use FFMPEG and Nvidia graphic hardware/software to process a single short high-speed video (240 fps) segment into multiple, detailed, super slow motion videos (30 fps). Each output video will be a different portion of the original high-speed video


Project Deliverables:
• Given: A single video of ~5 seconds long recorded at 240fps
• Use Frame interpolation and Hardware acceleration with multiple NVIDIA cards to create 7 Videos with a "slow-down" effect and content overlay.
• This must be accomplished in under 30 seconds per video.

Requirements:
1. The project will require video frame interpolation to achieve the video quality required.
2. The project will use Nvidia graphics hardware/software.
3. The project has strict real time performance requirements.
4. The project most likely will require threading.
5. The project will require supporting multiple Nvidia cards in the same hardware platform to achieve the performance required
6. All code must be delivered for the Windows platform.
