Numerical analysis and optimization programming project

I'm looking for someone to help me on a numerical analysis and optimization programming project. I will be using c++ or c for the language, and hope to achieve a balance of both numerical analysis and optimization techniques. Specifically, I need help with implementing dynamic programming algorithms to figure out effective optimization solutions. Ideally, the final product will be cleanly written, fully documented, and well tested code. If you have experience with these algorithms and expertise with c/c++, I'd love the chance to work together.
