Number Recognition Software Developer

I am looking for a skilled C++ developer to create a number recognition software. The software should be able to accurately recognize numbers in the range of 0-9. This software will utilize optical character recognition (OCR) technology designed to specifically recognize numbers from 0 to 9. It will be programmed to capture and extract numerical values from images obtained by a phone camera. The ideal candidate should be proficient in computer vision, machine learning, and data processing to ensure accurate and efficient number recognition.
**Responsibilities:**
- Develop custom software that employs OCR technology to recognize numbers from 0 to 9 in images captured by a phone camera.
- Implement algorithms for character segmentation and recognition in images.
- Use the phone camera to capture images of the numbers to be recognized.
- Process and analyze data from the images.
- Replicate the extracted numbers into a structured file format at the desired interval, as per the preference (every 5 or 10 seconds). The file will maintain a log of timestamped numerical values.
- Optimize and fine-tune the software to ensure high accuracy in number recognition.
- Conduct rigorous testing to validate the software's performance and accuracy.
