Noise Suppression for Phone Calls

We'd like to exclude noise from calls made on existing telco infrastructure. The process should be done on the server side so that nothing is needed to be installed on user's devices.

The noise suppression method itself is not limited -- feel free to use deep learning or simple high/low pass filtering.

Expected outcome:
1. As a user makes a call, the listener on the other end hears the noise suppressed speech
2. As the listener from point 1 utters a word, the initial user hears the clean speech as well
