Ninjatrade Addon: Real-Time Trade Copier

I'm seeking a skilled developer with expertise in NinjaTrader 7 and 8 to create a real-time trade copier for me. This trade copier should support both platforms, NinjaTrader 7 and NinjaTrader 8, and be capable of handling various functionalities.
An existing trade copier to be cloned.

Key features of the trade copier:
- Trade mirroring: The copier should mirror every trade from the master account to the client accounts.
- Partial trade copying: I need the ability to copy only a portion of certain trades, allowing for flexible risk management.
- Customizable trade filtering: The copier should incorporate a feature that allows for customizable trade filtering, letting me set specific conditions for trades to be copied or filtered out.
