Ninja trader 8 labeled rectangle

I am looking for a skilled developer to create a NinjaTrader 8 labeled rectangle that will serve as a visual alert for certain conditions.
Requirements:
- The labeled rectangle should be able to mark important levels on the chart and highlight specific trading opportunities.
- The appearance and functionality of the label should align with my general idea, but I am open to suggestions from the developer.
- The labeled rectangle needs to be able to interact with other indicators and tools on the NinjaTrader 8 platform.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
