Need to write a c++ project

1. Create a random folder in the C:\ProgramData disk directory, and create a Group Policy shortcut in the random folder.
2. Send a simulated mouse double-click event to the shortcut to start the group policy
3. Send a message to the group policy, in User Configuration-Windows Settings-Script-Login, add the script name path (C:\Windows\System32\notepad.exe)
