Need a C# wrapper around a C++ library

I am looking for a skilled C# developer to help me create a C# wrapper around a compiled version of a Rockchip NPU SDK library. I have the compiled library and several working samples of it, and am looking for someone to create a C# wrapper for it by the end of the week. Experience with OpenCV, Boost, or OpenGL would be helpful, but not necessary.
