Need a simple GUI for a Windows console program

I have a Windows console program written in a mix of C and C++, and I want to add a simple GUI as shown in the example here. I am not experienced with Windows GUI development, so I want someone else to provide that GUI code to me. I will integrate the GUI source code into my current console program.
