Need C++ project complete

This c++ project need to complete fully according to Requirements.docx. This project now many thing missing or wrong .so ,you need to find this & complete remaining & wrong things.If you want you can start from scratch

I attached everything requirements & all files related to this .Also code file ,doc file ,uml diagram,test1.txt,text2,txt & makefile also
