CFD Post-Processing Script in C
I have a script written in C that reads in a set of files, calculates the average for a specific variable (var1) from the files, and then writes it into an output file. I'm trying to modify the script to calculate the root mean square (rms) of a variable (e.g. pressure). The variables needed to calculate the rms are found in the files being read in. I need to calculate pressure first before I calculate the rms of it using the elements (e.g. density, momentum, etc.) of the array whose values are stored within each file that is read in. Please let me know of any questions you may have or any additional detail I can provide. I've attached the script to this post including a single sample file which is read in with this script. The main lines I need help with are 583 to 602.
