Need help updating a project (C++); basically a simple simulation of a one celled organism. -- 2

Initial project has been completed and works perfectly. Now it needs to updated. The updates include updating the movement behaviors as well as instantiating a few classes as "common design patterns of OOP" (strategy, factory, singleton.. specifically). The data (input) file has been updated slightly, so the movement based on that needs to be changed accordingly, as well as meet the constraints of the program.

Initial project was well written and documented, just needs some minor changes, should not take a professional very long at all.
