Need C++ expert in Gstreamer or ffmpeg to write code to stream, record and pipe frames of RTSP
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I Need C++ expert who can use Gstreamer or FFmpeg APIs, SDKs and write code to stream, record and pipe frames of RTSP.
1. The C++ code will be compiled as a binary for both windows and linux and used in my existing python and C# code.
2. The code will record all the RTSP streams at the quality (FPS, resolution, bit rate, etc) we will pass as a parameter via python and c#
3. The code will live stream all the RTSP streams at the quality (FPS, resolution, bit rate, etc) The live stream must stream all cams in realtime. No Lags and no drop of frmaes. we will pass as a parameter via python and c#
4. The code will pipe frames of all the RTSP cameras at the quality (FPS, resolution, bit rate, etc) we will pass as a parameter via python and c#
5. The code will monitor each and every recording, stream, and piping of frames and will continuously try to re-record, re-stream of piping if something goes wrong with the input live stream. Code will also keep returning the error along with RTSP which is causing the error.
6. We must have an option to stop streaming, recording, and piping frames of anyone or multiple or all RTSP cameras which are already running.
7. The code must use both CPU and GPU. We must have an option to pass as a parameter via python and c# what to use CPU, GPU or both
8. We need to run more than 100 cameras on a single computer, the code must be very very resource optimized and must take minimum CPU and GPU. For this, you need to check which library to best (FFmpeg or GStreamer or any other) and which one will use the least CPU and GPU.
9. Following will be the deliverables
a. complete source code
b. Sample python source with all the functions
c. Sample c# source code with all the functions
d. Setup source code on my computer and train me how to make builds
e. complete documentation on how to build for windows and Linux and what other dependencies are needed to run the code and to run the build.
f. give complete training and after support (if needed) to my python and .net team on implementing the library into our project.
