Need a developer to help polish off FiveM Project

Hello so i run a game server on FiveM called ATDRP we have recently run into a snag and I only have 1 year of experience in the forms of lua java C++ etc. so I need a good developer not the most expensive in the world my budget ranges anywhere from 100 to 300 could possibly do 400 NZD but would love for someone to help with this project cheers
