Project Description: Need to develop Production scheduling based on constraints

I am looking for a freelancer who can develop a production scheduling system for my company. Currently, we are using a manual system, which is becoming inefficient and time-consuming. We want to upgrade to a more automated and optimized solution.

Key Constraints:
- Change over: We want the new scheduling system to take into account the time required for changeovers between different production runs.
- Inventories: The system should also consider the availability of resources and materials needed for production.

Frequency of schedule changes:
- Our production schedule changes on a monthly basis, so the new system should be able to handle these changes effectively.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Strong knowledge and experience in developing production scheduling systems.
