Need IP camera video delay fixed on our C# windows client application

We have a 64bit Windows client application to connect to the IP camera using RTSP and OnVIF written in C# that has everything working how ever, with IP Cameras that are over 2MP, it starts lagging after 2 to 3 minutes, which we need fixed. It uses FFMPEG. We have this project already setup on Visual Studio 2019 and builds with no errors.

Expertise required: FFMPEG, C#, VS2019, Streaming, knowledge of RTSP and OnVIF is a plus.
