Need to build C++ project

I am in need of someone to help me build a C++ project. This is a console application and does not require a database to be integrated. The programming language I plan to use for this project is C++. I need someone to help me design and develop the project, and make sure everything is functioning correctly and meeting my requirements. I am open to any design, coding, or testing suggestions in order to provide the best outcome.
